Upcoming demolition work
In the coming weeks, demolition activities will be concentrated inside the buildings. Outdoor demolition will take place in the winter of 2017. At the same time, retaining works will preserve the facade of the former YMCA located at the corner of des Glacis and St-Jean streets.

Follow the work
In addition to press releases, information about the work and images of the site will be shared regularly through newsletters, le Diamant’s website and social medias to establish a dialogue with the public.

A Place des spectacles in the heart of the city
The arrival of le Diamant, which is scheduled to open in late autumn 2018, will help enhance the global reach of Place D’Youville and help to create a Place des spectacles in Quebec City. With an offer complementary to that of other venues, the Diamant will participate in the cultural effervescence of its community.
